Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products we sell and ship, we do not accept returns. We will process a return if you receive a product that you did not order. If you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, we will pay the return shipping costs and send you the correct item.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days after your return shipment pick-up date; however, in some cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).
