Shipping
Our normal shipping hours are 10am to 3pm EDT, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed online ship within 48 hours of successful order placement and payment. All orders are shipped via LTL Standard, or UPS Ground where applicable, and usually arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping date. While we make every effort to ensure on-time deliveries, we cannot guarantee against any delays from our carriers in the event of inclement weather.
We ship to virtually any verified commercial address within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to any address outside of the continental United States or other International address.
Victory Turbine is proud to ship all of our products FREE of any additional freight charges. We do charge a single $50.00 handling fee to process each order, generate the bill of lading, and coordinate the logistics with our carriers. If you have specific delivery requirements for your order, or require expedited shipping to your location, please contact our office immediately after placing your order. Please note that additional freight surcharges may be required.
